Theoretically, this should apply the changes but unfortunately, there is a bug that will return the following error (this has since been rectified):

To overcome this, exit the General Setting screen and go to Extension screen, then click on the aforesaid red bar (things do go wrong from time to time but that is life in the software world).
이를 해결하기 위해 일반 설정 화면을 빠져나와 연장 화면으로 가서 앞서 말한 빨간 막대를 클릭한다(때대로 잘못되기도하지만 그것이 바로 소프트웨어의 세상이다).
5.1.1 전화걸기(다이알) 명령 옵션
In the Asterisk Dial command option, you may customise your preference to the way asterisk behave e.g. if you want the caller to hear music instead of the standard ringing sound, you may replace the “r” with an “m” (not particularly recommended).

d 전화 응답 전에 한 자리 숫자의 내선 번호를 걸 수 있게 한다. Exit to that extension if it exists in the
current context, or the context defined in the EXITCONTEXT
variable, if it exists.
D([called][:calling]) 특정한 DTMF 문자를 전화 받는 사람이 수호기를 들었을 때(그리고 전화가 서로 연결되기 전에) 보낸다. 수신 DTMF 문자는 받는 쪽에게, 송신 DTMF 문자는 거는 쪽에게 보낸다. 어는 일방에게만 사용될 수 있다.
f 발신 선의 발신번호에 통화계획 '힌트'에 관련돈 내선으로 설정하게 한다. 예를 들어 어떤 공중전화망에서는 발신번호를 벌신자에 관련된 번호 이외에는 허용하지 않는다.
g 발신선이 끊어지면 현재 내선에서 전화계획에 따라 진행한다.
G(context^exten^pri)
전화 응답이 되면 양 쪽에 특정된 우선 신호를 발신한다. 선택으로 내선 또는 내선과 문자(context)이 특정될 수 있다. 선택되지 않으면 현 내선이 사용된다.
h 수신자 쪽에 '*' DTMF를 발신하여 전화를 끊게 한다.
H 발신자 쪽에 '*' DTMF를 발신하여 전화를 끊게 한다.
i 요청된 모든 선이 통화 중이면 101을 더한 내선으로 보낸다.
L(x[:y][:z])
전화를 'x' ms(1/100 초) 제한한다. 'y' ms 가 남으면 경고음을 보낸다. 매 'z' ms 마다 경고음을 반복한다. 다음의 특별한 변수가 이 옵션과 같이 사용될 수 있다:
• LIMIT_PLAYAUDIO_CALLER yes|no (default yes)
- 발신자에게 음악을 들려준다.
• LIMIT_PLAYAUDIO_CALLEE yes|no - 수신자에게 음악을 들려준다.
• LIMIT_TIMEOUT_FILE 시간이 되면 들려줄 소리 파일
• LIMIT_CONNECT_FILE 통화가 되면 들ㄹ줄 소리 파일
• LIMIT_WARNING_FILE 'y'가 정의되면 경고 소리 파일. 초기설정은 남은 시간을 말해준다.
m([class])
요청한 선에서 응답되 될 때까지 대기 음악을 들려준다. 대기 음악을 class에서 특정된다.
M(x[^arg])
발신선에 연결되기 전, 수신 채널(전화받는 선)에 매크로를 실행한다. 전달인수는 '^'을 구분문자로 사용하여 특정될 수 있다. The Macro can set the variable
MACRO_RESULT to specify the following actions after the
Macro is finished executing
• ABORT Hangup both legs of the call.
• CONGESTION Behave as if line congestion was
encountered.
• BUSY Behave as if a busy signal was
encountered. This will also have the application
jump to priority n+101 if the 'j' option is set.
• CONTINUE Hangup the called party and allow the
calling party to continue dialplan execution at the
next priority.
• GOTO:^^ - Transfer
the call to the specified priority. Optionally, an
extension, or extension and priority can be
specified.
n
This option is a modifier for the screen/privacy mode.
It specifies that no introductions are to be saved in the
priv-callerintros directory.
N This option is a modifier for the screen/privacy mode. It
specifies that if callerID is present, do not screen the call.
o
Specify that the CallerID that was present on the
*calling* channel be set as the CallerID on the *called*
channel. This was the behaviour of Asterisk 1.0 and
earlier.
p This option enables screening mode. This is basically
Privacy mode without memory.
P([x])
개인 모드 설정한다. 가능하면 DB 에 있는 그룹/키로 'x'를 사용한다. 다른 그룹/키가 특별히 지정되지 않으면 현 내선이 사용된다.
r 전화거는 사람에게 전화벨을 표시한다. 전화받는 사람이 응답하기 전에 어떤 소리도 전송하지 않는다.
S(x) 전화받는 사람이 응답한 후 'x'초 후에 전화를 끊도록 한다.
t 전화받는 사람이 features.conf 파일에 정의된 원터취 녹음 용 DTMF 문자들을 보내 녹음 가능하게 한다.
T 전화거는 사람이 features.conf 파일에 정의된 원터취 녹음 용 DTMF 문자들을 보내 녹음 가능하게 한다.
w
전화받는 사람이 features.conf 파일에 정의된 원터취 녹음 용 DTMF 문자들(애스터리스크 v1.2 초기설정값은 *1)을 보내 녹음 가능하게 한다.
W
전화거는 사람을 features.conf 파일에 정의된 원터취 녹음 용 DTMF 문자들을 보내 전화받는 사람에게 전소하게 한다.
